Smart Permissions solves an important problem with referenced documents in tasks. A Smart Link is considered as one document/folder by default, so there is an identical set of permissions for the document and all links.
The Smart Permissions module dynamically adds the permissions a user has in a directory/folder at the moment of access, so that a document can be read by the user even if the user has no permissions on the original.
This ensures that users have access to a referenced document without having to change the existing permission structure.

License
The license allows installation on a production Alfresco repository with up to 2,000 registered users, a standby, test and development system.
Maintenance and Support
The purchase price includes one year of software maintenance (updates) and support on the module via ecm4u support. After one year, 20% of the list price per year will be charged.
